Need a quick vocal warm up?
1) sit up straight, maintain good posture
2) take a few deep breaths to engage the diaphragm
3)count up and down the scale from1-10 , changing the pitch at each step. * Make sure you produce all sounds with ease (NO TENSION) on the vocal cords or throat. Stop if experiencing any pain, soreness or vocal fatigue.
4) drink plenty of water
5) practice "raspberries" /lip trills
6) Try a quick tongue twister such as "red leather yellow leather"
